When you pay, what happens if you change your mind, and what's refundable at each stage.
You're never charged for building or sending a request — that part is free. Payment is only collected after you review the full total (item, shipping, estimated customs, and service fee) and approve it.
What you get back depends on how far your order has progressed. Once an item is purchased in Japan, most retailers and marketplaces don't accept returns — that's the constraint this policy works around.
Nothing has been charged yet. Change your mind, adjust items, or walk away at no cost.
If you cancel before I've bought anything, you get everything back, no questions asked.
Once bought, the item cost typically can't be recovered. The service fee may be partially refunded case by case if I haven't yet shipped.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing, contact me within 48 hours with photos — that's handled separately from a standard cancellation and is covered under shipping insurance where applicable.
In-person releases and limited drops are priced differently from a normal order — see Line-standing & drops for the full breakdown. The attempt fee (charged upfront to cover the wait itself) is non-refundable regardless of outcome, including if the item sells out before I reach the front. The item cost and tier fee are only charged if the item is actually secured, so there's nothing to refund there if the attempt doesn't succeed.
If something feels off with an order, message me directly first — most issues are solved faster that way than through a payment platform's dispute process. I'd rather fix it than have you file a chargeback, and a premature chargeback can actually slow down a resolution.
